Tesco is seeking a Procurement Category Manager to lead complex, high‑value technology categories within Corporate Services. You will partner with senior technology stakeholders, manage onshore and offshore teams, and drive value for money and efficient procurement across the lifecycle.

The role offers ownership, fast-paced delivery, and visibility to senior leadership, with opportunities to influence major technology decisions.

Qualifications

• Extensive Technology procurement experience with complex negotiations.
• Sourcing process excellence and supplier performance routines.
• Strong relationships with senior management and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead category strategy development across Software, Infrastructure, Cyber, Retail Tech, Telecoms or Data/AI.
• Translate category strategies into executable sourcing pipelines and supplier strategies.
• Deliver strategic sourcing events, commercial modelling and market assessments.
• Own strategic supplier relationships and drive performance and ESG alignment.
