Job summary

Enlivio Health is seeking a Senior Procurement Category Manager to lead end-to-end technology sourcing, contract management and supplier negotiations across cloud, software and IT services. The role combines strategic category work with hands-on negotiation and stakeholder collaboration.

You will own high-value contracts, drive cost optimisation, and embed procurement best practices across the business while working in a hybrid model that blends remote work with weekly office days in Leeds.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technology procurement (software, SaaS, cloud or IT services).
• Strong supplier relationship management and contract lifecycle experience.
• Ability to lead complex sourcing processes and negotiations.
• Strong stakeholder influencing and analytical capability.
• Experience managing high-value, cross-functional procurement programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement across technology categories including cloud, software and IT services.
• Own and lead complex, high-value commercial negotiations with key suppliers (e.g. AWS, Microsoft).
• Develop and implement category strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Manage supplier relationships, performance and risk across key contracts.
• Identify and deliver cost optimisation opportunities across spend areas.
• Partner with stakeholders to provide commercial insight and support decision-making.
• Support supplier transition activity during operational change.
