Job summary

Chartered Insurance Institute is seeking a Technical Project Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract in London. You will manage Dynamics 365 Business Central/CRM and LMS implementations, coordinating internal IT teams and external partners to deliver on time and within scope.

You should have extensive experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of successful system integrations and data migration across education and membership domains.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering technical projects in education/membership sectors.
• Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 BC/CRM and LMS platforms.
• Experience with data migration, integration, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects from initiation to handover.
• Ensure delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality using Agile, DSDM, Waterfall.
• Develop and maintain delivery plans; manage risks, issues and dependencies.
• Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers for multi-platform delivery.
