Job summary

Tria is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead a large Dynamics 365 (Business Central) transformation, covering CRM, LMS platforms and integrations, with data migration and process improvements at the core.

You will work with internal technology teams, business stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver end-to-end projects from initiation through to go‑live and handover into BAU, with London on-site attendance 2–3 times per month.

Qualifications

• Must have previously managed a large Dynamics 365 programme.
• Experience delivering Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations.
• Experience with LMS platforms and education/training environments.
• Strong understanding of system integration, APIs and data migration.
• DSDM Agile methodology experience in project delivery.
• Experience managing complex multi-team projects with suppliers.
• Proven UAT, testing, release and go‑live management.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery across Dynamics 365 BC, CRM and LMS platforms.
• Lead projects involving LMS, member platforms and related integrations.
• Coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Oversee data migration, transformation and data quality activities.
• Manage APIs and third‑party system integrations.
• Maintain project plans, budgets, resources, risks and dependencies.
• Lead testing, UAT, implementation and go‑live activities.
• Provide governance, change control and technical assurance.
• Support business readiness and transition into BAU.
