Job summary

TRIA in London is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead a large Dynamics 365 (Business Central) transformation, CRM and LMS initiatives. The role is hands-on, coordinating internal tech teams, stakeholders and suppliers from initiation to handover into BAU.

You will own end-to-end delivery across Dynamics 365 BC/CRM, LMS platforms and integrations, ensuring data migration, quality and governance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central and D365 CRM.
• Experience delivering or working with LMS platforms in education or professional membership.
• Strong understanding of system integration, APIs and data migration.
• Proven application of DSDM Agile principles in project delivery.
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple technical teams and suppliers.
• Proven experience with UAT, testing, releases and go-live.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery across a range of technology projects.
• Manage implementations and enhancements across Dynamics 365 BC and CRM.
• Lead projects involving LMS platforms and member/learner-facing systems.
• Manage integrations between membership, LMS, finance, and operations.
• Oversee data migration, transformation and data quality activities.
• Manage APIs and third-party system integrations.
• Coordinate technical teams, stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Manage project plans, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Lead testing, UAT, implementation and go-live activities.
• Provide governance and technical assurance throughout the lifecycle.
• Support business readiness and transition into BAU.
