Job summary

Anduril Industries in London seeks a Senior Recruiter for its UK operation. This hybrid role requires 2-3 days on-site weekly, delivering high-volume sourcing, stakeholder partnership, and candidate management across software/hardware engineering domains.

You will drive talent strategy with leaders, pitch opportunities, and close top technical talent while building scalable recruiting programs and delivering a strong candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years internal experience recruiting and sourcing for technical roles.
• Experience hiring candidates within all facets of engineering - software, hardware or both.
• 4+ years of client interaction with Hiring Managers/Directors, managing requirements and pipelines.
• Consultative guidance resulting in improved outcomes and strong candidate experiences.
• Deep understanding of engineering skills and roles within the business.
• Clear, effective communication to understand motivation and fit.
• Experience managing multiple candidate funnels and pipeline progress.
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and HRIS.
• Familiar with diverse sourcing avenues and techniques.
• Strong interviewing techniques and candidate screening methods.

Responsibilities

• Move fast with sourcing and track a high volume of candidates for stakeholders.
• Partner with business leaders to shape talent strategy and deliver hiring results.
• Build trust and operating rhythm with cross-functional teams to scale growth.
• Embed into product, roadmap, and culture to pitch opportunities effectively.
• Close top technical talent by aligning mission and candidate interest.
• Analyze pipeline data and translate insights into momentum.
• Develop recruiting strategies and improve referrals and processes where needed.
• Serve as SME in prospecting tools and data extraction methods.
