Qualifications

• Strong background in commercial/technology law gained in-house or at a reputable private practice firm.
• Proven experience negotiating complex commercial and data/technology agreements.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities and deliver pragmatic, solutions-focused advice.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements.
• Partner with Product and Engineering on new product features.
• Provide pragmatic advice on legal and regulatory risk across multiple jurisdictions.
