Trustpilot is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel (Commercial) to join its Commercial Legal team on a fixed-term contract in a hybrid role based in London or Edinburgh. You will lead high-value negotiations, shape contracting frameworks, and advise cross-functional teams while mentoring junior colleagues.

The role emphasizes global workflow alignment and scalable processes to support Trustpilot’s growth. The ideal candidate has 5–9 years PQE in commercial law, experience with SaaS and data processing

Qualificações

• 5–9 years of PQE with a strong commercial-law background, in-house or top-tier firm.
• Proven ability to lead high-value negotiations and complex commercial relationships.
• Experience with SaaS, data processing, licensing, and privacy compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex commercial negotiations including enterprise agreements and strategic partnerships.
• Develop scalable legal frameworks, templates, and processes to support growth and manage risk.
• Provide strategic legal guidance to cross-functional teams (commercial, partnerships, procurement, marketing).
• Mentor junior lawyers and drive cross-functional contracting initiatives.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and best practices.
• Champion legal tech and efficient contracting processes at scale.
