Job summary

Aviva in Norwich is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to help deliver secure, connected digital platforms. You will work across identity, access management, cyber security and infrastructure changes to shape technology services used by millions of customers and colleagues.

You’ll join the Digital Gateway team, gathering requirements, assessing impacts and guiding solutions from discovery to delivery, ensuring end-to-end improvements in IT estates and applications in agile, waterfall or

Qualifications

Proven experience as a senior business analyst in complex technology change programmes.
Experience gathering, documenting and managing requirements across UX, security and SDLC processes.
Knowledge of Identity & Access Management, Cyber Security, Web Application Firewalls, API connectivity, Cloud or Infrastructure platforms.
Strong stakeholder management across business and technical teams.
End-to-end experience in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments.
