Job summary

Nationwide Group is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Cloud, Digital and Integration (CD&I) function in the Payments & Authorisation portfolio. You will translate business needs into delivery outcomes and guide stakeholders through change across the lifecycle.

You will collaborate with other BAs, line manage some team members where appropriate, and help drive initiatives including AI and Ways of Working while embracing hybrid working across the UK.

Qualifications

• Senior Business Analyst with substantial experience in delivering change.
• Ability to translate business content into deliverables and engage senior stakeholders.
• Comfort with hybrid working models and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Translate business content into deliverables and deliver analysis throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Lead relationships with stakeholders and collaborate with other Business Analysts.
• Support AI initiatives and Ways of Working within Nationwide’s Practice, and develop team members.
