Job summary

Eden Brown Synergy is recruiting a Team Manager to join the Adult Safeguarding team in Devon on a 3-month initial contract. You will lead a team covering Ivybridge and Kingsbridge, with potential stretch to Tavistock, overseeing assessments, safeguarding concerns, and care-act compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in safeguarding adults practice with knowledge of the Care Act and the Mental Capacity Act.
• Ability to supervise and quality-check practice within a team.
• Strong liaison skills with partner agencies and citizens.

• Line management of a team including supervision, allocation of work, and practice quality reviews.
• Liaise with partner agencies, respond to complaints, and support continuous development across the service.
