Eden Brown Synergy is seeking a Team Manager for Exeter and East Devon to oversee Assessment & Intervention work within Children Services. The role covers on-site duty weeks at County Hall and involves leading a team to deliver high-quality outcomes for children and families.

Job Overview

Team Manager required for work within the Assessment & Intervention in Exeter & East, Devon. Competitive rates of pay £47.50ph, 3 months initial contracts 37 hours week. Devon offer an Accommodation/commuter allowance up to £150pw.

Our Team Managers make a vital contribution to the delivery of high-quality social care services. We're embedding our new restorative practice approach across our teams and making significant investment in training all practitioners and managers to build, maintain and repair relationships with our children and families.

Key Responsibilities

Applicants must be experienced as a Team Manager in Children Services and must have substantial experience of working within Assessment & Intervention services, including undertaking assessments, planning interventions and managing risk to achieve the best outcomes for children and families. Candidates should also possess strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to lead, support and develop the team. They must be able to commit to being on site at County Hall during duty weeks and as required, for example for training and team activities during non-duty weeks.

Up to £47.50 per DoE
