Job summary

Eden Futures is seeking a Service Manager to lead a supported living service for adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure safeguarding is embedded and that service users are safe, respected and supported to live meaningful lives.

Reporting to senior leadership, you’ll manage Support Workers, drive compliance with regulatory standards, and develop the team through e-learning and development programmes.

Qualifications

• Line management of Support Workers.
• Committed to safeguarding and compliance with legal standards.
• Experience in leading care teams and delivering person-centred support.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the service team to deliver safe, respectful, person-centred care.
• Ensure safeguarding remains a core daily practice and regulatory obligations are met.
• Drive team development through training and progression opportunities.
