Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires Level 3 qualification relating to working with children and young people.
• Experience flexibly meeting business needs, working in a school setting or with children/young people.
• Proven ability delivering interventions and using ICT packages.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned learning activities and intervention programmes to individuals or small groups.
• Monitor, assess and record student progress using ICT systems and track impact of interventions.
• Support students with SEN and those for whom English is an additional language (EAL).
• Provide short-term cover for learning environments and assist with development plans (e.g., EHCPs).
• Assist with resources, invigilate exams and maintain safeguarding practices.
