Job summary

Outwood Academy Hindley in Hindley, part of the Outwood family, is seeking an Advanced Teaching Assistant to support students across all learning platforms and deliver targeted interventions.

You will monitor progress, implement statutory development plans, and assist diverse learners, including those with SEND, EAL and gifted/talented status. Start date is As Soon As Possible; salary is £19,590.30–£20,771.55 per year for 30 hours weekly, term time plus one week.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering targeted interventions and supporting diverse learners.
• Ability to monitor progress and implement development plans.
• Experience working with SEND, EAL and gifted/talented students.
