Qualifications

• Experience planning and delivering learning activities across curriculum areas.
• Specific experience/interest in working with pupils with SEND.
• High expectations of pupils and commitment to raising attainment.
• Experience developing options and alternatives to engage learners.
• Experience enhancing pupil progress and raising attainment in all pupils.
• Experience of current assessment practices and using data to track progress.
• Experience managing challenging behaviour.
• Ability to foster positive relationships with staff, pupils, parents and community.
