Royal Wootton Bassett Academy in Swindon is seeking a Lead Teaching Assistant with a focus on ADHD to lead SEMH interventions and support students developing independence, organisation and regulation. You will work with the SEND team, pastoral staff, families and external agencies to ensure access to learning and positive outcomes.

The role offers a permanent contract, full-time but term-time only (39 weeks), with a salary aligned to NJC Grade G12-14 and pro rata options for part-time or

• Lead on SEMH with a focus on ADHD and oversee interventions to develop independence, self-awareness, organisation, attention, self-regulation and social communication skills for students.
• Collaborate with the SEND team, pastoral staff, families and external agencies to ensure learning access and positive educational outcomes.
