Qualifications

• Experience supporting ADHD, behaviour needs or SEMH in schools or youth settings.
• Calm, confident, and consistent in your approach.
• Strong communication skills and able to build positive working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Working 1:1 and in small groups to support students with ADHD and SEMH.
• Helping to implement classroom behaviour strategies and emotional regulation tools.
• Building strong, trusting relationships with students who need consistency and patience.
• Collaborating with pastoral and SEN staff to monitor student progress and wellbeing.
• Supporting students across core subjects, especially in managing distractions.
