Insite US in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a Senior Tax Consultant to join a well-established practice. The role involves managing a portfolio of personal and business tax clients, providing tax compliance and advisory support, and developing technical knowledge and career.

The successful candidate will have solid UK tax knowledge, experience across private client tax, and strong client management skills, with ATT/CTA or equivalent qualifications advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience within an accountancy practice.
• Solid UK tax knowledge.
• Experience across personal/private client tax.
• Strong compliance experience with advisory interest.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• ATT/CTA or relevant tax qualifications would be advantageous.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a wider team.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of personal and business tax clients.
• Prepare and review Self Assessment and other tax returns.
• Advise clients on UK tax matters.
• Support with tax planning and advisory projects.
• Handle HMRC correspondence and enquiries.
• Build strong, long-term client relationships.
• Support junior team members and review their work.
• Collaborate with managers and partners on complex assignments.
