Michael Page is recruiting a Tax Manager to oversee tax compliance and advisory services for a professional services client base in the Stoke-on-Trent area. You will work with Tax Partners to deliver comprehensive tax planning and compliance, including acquisitions and disposals, with strong financial analysis and research support.

There is a permanent role based in Stoke-On-Trent. The ideal candidate will be ATT/CTA qualified with at least 3 years PQE in tax, solid corporation tax experience,

Qualifications

• ATT/CTA qualified
• 3+ years PQE in Tax practice
• VAT exposure advantageous
• Proactive, problem-solving in tax
• Confident to work with Partners

Responsabilités

• Work closely with Tax Partners to deliver compliance and advisory work for a varied client portfolio.
• Deliver tax advisory work including planning and advice on business acquisitions/disposals and properties with reports and financial analysis.
• Handle HMRC enquiries and correspondence as needed.
• Provide technical tax support to our network of accountants via phone or email.
• Support training and development of junior team members.
