Job summary

Insite US in St Albans is seeking an experienced Private Client Tax Senior to join a growing practice. You will manage a diverse private client portfolio, handle personal tax matters, and work closely with Managers and Partners to deliver high quality advisory services.

The role offers exposure to more complex client work and clear progression within a supportive tax and accounts team environment.

Qualifications

• UK accountancy practice experience required.
• Strong personal/private client tax experience.
• Experience managing your own portfolio.
• Comfortable dealing directly with clients.
• ATT qualification or working towards qualification would be advantageous.
• CTA qualification or progression towards CTA would be beneficial.
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
• Desire to develop advisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of personal tax clients
• Preparing and reviewing Self Assessment tax returns
• Advising HNW individuals, business owners and private clients
• Dealing with partnerships and more complex personal tax affairs
• Supporting on tax planning and advisory work
• Building strong relationships with clients and acting as a key point of contact
• Identifying opportunities to provide additional advice and services
• Supporting junior members of the team and reviewing work where appropriate
• Working alongside the wider tax and accounts teams
