You will leverage diverse recruiting and sourcing tools—from LinkedIn Recruiter and social media to internal databases and networking—to proactively build a pipeline of highly qualified candidates for current and future opportunities. You will prospect and engage potential candidates, spark their interest, and conduct initial screenings. Your ability to connect with individuals and articulate compelling opportunities will be key in converting prospects into enthusiastic candidates. Additionally, you will cultivate and nurture a robust network of top-tier talent and gather market intelligence to keep us competitive.
