Your responsibilities include prospecting, engaging potential candidates, conducting initial screenings, and articulating compelling opportunities to convert prospects into enthusiastic candidates. Additionally, you will cultivate and nurture a strong network within the industry, gather market intelligence, and build lasting relationships to give us a competitive advantage.

• Talent Sourcing & Research Expertise: Experience in sourcing across the pan-EMEA region, including Europe, Middle East, and Africa, utilizing tools like LinkedIn Talent Insights and Gartner Talent Neuron to analyze talent market trends.
