You will prospect and engage potential candidates, spark their interest, and conduct initial screening. Your ability to connect and articulate compelling opportunities will be key to converting prospects into enthusiastic candidates. Additionally, you will cultivate and nurture a robust network of top-tier talent, gather market intelligence, and build lasting relationships to give us a competitive edge.

• Talent Sourcing & Research Expertise: Experience in sourcing pan-EMEA, including Europe, Middle East, and Africa, is essential. This includes emerging markets and developing competitive market intelligence using tools like LinkedIn Talent Insights and Gartner Talent Neuron to inform the business and recruiting partners about talent market trends.
• Effective Communication Skills: Ability to gather information through various channels, including phone and in-person interactions, such as networking calls, to identify prospects.
