As a Senior Talent Sourcing Partner, you'll be a vital member of our dynamic recruiting team, working closely with our business and recruiters to ignite our talent pipeline and shape the future of our organization.

In this role, you will collaborate with your dedicated recruiters, understanding their needs and contributing your expertise to develop innovative sourcing strategies that attract candidates with the right qualifications. Your talent market insights will help craft our outreach and influence our location strategy. You will leverage diverse recruiting and sourcing tools—from LinkedIn Recruiter and social media to internal databases, search engines, and networking—to proactively build a steady stream of highly qualified candidates for current and future roles. You will prospect and engage potential candidates, spark their interest, and conduct initial screening. Your ability to connect and articulate compelling opportunities will be key to converting prospects into enthusiastic candidates. Additionally, you will cultivate and nurture a robust network of top-tier talent, gather market intelligence, and build lasting relationships to give us a competitive edge.

Key Requirements for success as a Talent Sourcer:

  • Talent Sourcing & Research Expertise: Experience in sourcing pan-EMEA, including Europe, Middle East, and Africa, is essential. This includes emerging markets and developing competitive market intelligence using tools like LinkedIn Talent Insights and Gartner Talent Neuron to inform the business and recruiting partners about talent market trends.
  • Effective Communication Skills: Ability to gather information through various channels, including phone and in-person interactions, such as networking calls, to identify prospects.
  • Exceptional Listening Skills: Proven ability to actively listen and understand prospect information, translating it into compelling narratives and key selling points.
  • Learning Agility: Ability to quickly learn, retain, and apply new information, processes, and market insights.
  • Strong Storytelling Abilities: Skilled in using data and insights to craft engaging stories that resonate with potential applicants and lead to applications.
