You will leverage diverse recruiting and sourcing tools—from LinkedIn Recruiter and social media to internal databases, search engines, and networking—to proactively build a steady stream of highly qualified candidates for current and future roles. You will prospect and engage potential candidates, spark their interest, and conduct initial screening. Your ability to connect and articulate compelling opportunities will be key to converting prospects into enthusiastic candidates.
