Job summary

proSapient in London and Lisbon is expanding its Client Services team. This fixed-term, high-volume recruiting role focuses on sourcing, interviewing and offering for entry-level and graduate positions across multiple locations, with a strong emphasis on candidate experience and process rigor.

You will own multi-channel sourcing, maintain talent pipelines, track progress in our ATS, and collaborate with universities and the broader EMEA Talent team.

Qualifications

• High-volume recruitment experience and strong candidate experience is required.
• Self-starter and proactive with the ability to own end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills.
• Able to handle confidential information professionally and maintain data integrity.
• Flexible to work across London and Lisbon locations and multiple hiring initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates via advertising, social media and direct channels for London and Lisbon.
• Interviewing candidates for Client Services divisions in a high-volume environment.
• Processing candidates, managing offers, and ensuring a brilliant candidate experience.
• Utilising the ATS to track candidates and improve processes.
• Collaborating with universities and the wider EMEA Talent team on large-scale hiring initiatives.
• Conducting recruitment research to drive ongoing improvements.
