Job summary

MJA (London) Limited is seeking a Senior Recruitment Specialist to join its Talent Acquisition function in London. The role will own senior and specialist hiring across the firm, partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality recruitment in a complex, international professional services environment.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, develop search strategies, and build strong pipelines while advising on market conditions and recruitment trends to shape talent across the firm.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal recruitment, executive search or professional services
• Strong stakeholder management with senior decision makers
• Proven direct sourcing and headhunting capabilities
• Data-driven and commercially minded approach to recruitment

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment across senior and specialist roles end-to-end
• Partner with senior stakeholders, Partners, Directors and hiring managers
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies via LinkedIn, direct sourcing and networks
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles
• Provide market insights on candidates, compensation and trends
• Conduct detailed candidate assessments, interviews and screening
• Ensure high-quality candidate experience throughout process
• Advise on recruitment strategy, market conditions and expectations
• Collaborate with HRBP and Talent teams to align with people strategy
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment
