Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days at home)

Type: Full-Time

Hawkwood is partnering with a disruptive Consumer Tech scale-up in their search for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner. The Role:

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead hiring across technical and commercial functions, collaborating closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition on strategic initiatives to support growth.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment for roles across the business, focusing on Product, Data & Engineering, from partnering with hiring managers to sourcing, interviewing, and managing offers.
  • Designing and delivering a top-tier candidate experience that reflects company values and leaves positive impressions.
  • Contributing to building a diverse and inclusive team through inclusive hiring practices.
  • Building strong relationships with hiring managers, providing guidance on talent strategies, market insights, and promoting D&I considerations.
  • Using data and metrics to monitor progress, identify improvements in efficiency and D&I outcomes, and create insightful dashboards.
  • Partnering with the Head of Talent to enhance employer branding initiatives.
  • Exploring and recommending AI-powered tools to improve recruitment stages.
About You:
  • You are open to recruiting both technical and non-technical roles, with experience in technical recruiting within tech companies, ideally with a mix of in-house and agency experience.
  • You can manage complex stakeholder relationships and own your hiring pipelines.
  • You are skilled in building diverse hiring pipelines, with a focus on DEI practices.
  • You are comfortable working independently but enjoy collaborating with a team.
  • You are organized, adaptable, and thrive in a scaling environment.
  • You have experience with applicant tracking systems, with Greenhouse familiarity being a plus.
