Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Consumer Tech Scale-Up)

Location:

London (Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days at home)

Role Overview:

Lead hiring across technical and commercial functions, partnering with the Head of Talent Acquisition on strategic initiatives to support company growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles in Product, Data & Engineering, from partnering with hiring managers to sourcing, interviewing, and managing offers.
  2. Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects company values.
  3. Contribute to building a diverse and inclusive team by promoting inclusive hiring practices.
  4. Build strong relationships with hiring managers, providing guidance on talent acquisition strategies and market insights.
  5. Utilize data and metrics to track recruitment progress and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Support employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
  7. Explore and implement AI-powered tools to enhance recruitment processes.
About You:
  • Experience recruiting both technical and non-technical roles, preferably with a mix of in-house and agency experience.
  • Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and own recruitment pipelines.
  • Committed to building diverse hiring pipelines and improving DEI practices.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a TA team.
  • Organized, adaptable, and able to thrive in a scaling environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse is a plus.
