Job summary

Dojo in the United Kingdom is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring across Group Functions and Go To Market teams. You will partner with hiring managers to understand needs, deliver strong candidate experiences and build diverse, high-performing teams that reflect the Dojo culture.

You will elevate day-to-day hiring by coaching interviewers, using data, and applying AI-native ideas to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering across diverse functions and senior searches.
• Strong ability to build rapport with leaders and use data to guide hiring decisions.
• Experience juggling priorities across multiple roles in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Hands-on experience using modern AI tools to speed up recruiting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop trusted relationships with leaders across functions to guide strategy and hires.
• Build pipelines of diverse talent for in-demand roles through end-to-end process.
• Shadow interviewers, lead washup sessions, and provide feedback to maintain high standards.
• Lead TA projects to improve hiring at Dojo.
• Maintain data integrity across core tools and identify AI adoption opportunities.
• Partner with People Partners to align hiring with workforce planning.
