Job summary

Telemetry Today LLC seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our startup team, focusing on hiring top talent for satellites, spacecraft, and aerospace systems. You will build a candidate pipeline and collaborate with hiring managers to attract and hire across technical disciplines.

You will source candidates from multiple platforms and help develop high-impact recruiting strategies within the aerospace sector, working with engineering and business staff to drive talent projects.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of candidates to help develop leading-edge electronics for satellites, spacecraft, and aerospace systems.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders to identify, attract, and hire top talent in various technical disciplines within the aerospace industry.
• Talent acquisition activities will include sourcing candidates from a variety of platforms and helping to develop high-impact recruiting strategies.
• Work closely with Cesium engineering and business staff to develop and execute talent acquisition projects.
