CesiumAstro, a pioneer in space-age communication systems, seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to build a candidate pipeline for electronics, software and other engineering roles across satellites and aerospace systems.

You will collaborate with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire top talent, develop high-impact recruiting strategies, and drive full-cycle recruitment from screening to offers in a fast-growing startup.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical recruiting within the aerospace/space/defense industries.
• Experience recruiting for aerospace, electrical, mechanical, software engineering roles.
• Strong networking skills to connect with passive candidates.
• Experience with full life cycle recruiting (screening, interviewing, offers).
• Ability to develop creative sourcing campaigns and manage multiple requisitions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Work with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and craft recruitment strategies.
• Proactively source, identify, and engage top-tier technical candidates across disciplines.
• Assess technical ability and fit for complex engineering roles.
• Consult with hiring managers on candidate backgrounds and recommendations.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting from screening to negotiating and extending offers.
• Use various sourcing methods to build a strong candidate pool.
• Support additional functions within a high-growth startup as needed.
