CesiumAstro is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to build a pipeline of highly skilled engineers for satellites, spacecraft, and aerospace systems. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical recruiting within the aerospace, space, and/or defense industries.
• Experience recruiting for aerospace, electrical, mechanical, software, and other engineering positions, including Digital Hardware, Power Electronics, FPGA, RF, and Antenna Design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions.

Responsibilities

• Work with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Proactively source, identify, and engage top-tier technical candidates across engineering, software, aerospace, and related disciplines.
• Assess technical ability and aptitude for complex engineering roles.
• Consult with hiring managers regarding candidate backgrounds and make recommendations.
• Conduct full-cycle recruiting from screening to offers, including negotiation and onboarding support.
