We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and innovative Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team in London.

As a TA partner in the Builders team, you will be responsible for leading and executing recruitment strategies to attract and hire top tech talent across various functions and levels within the Engineering, Design, and Product organization.

There are many opportunities to impact our processes and shape our hiring practices in London and globally. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices, a passion for building strong candidate relationships, and the ability to influence and collaborate with hiring managers and senior stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in shaping monday.com's future culture and vibes.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  2. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking, leveraging channels like social media, professional networks, and industry events.
  3. Partner strategically with hiring managers to plan hiring needs, provide insights, and facilitate better hiring decisions.
  4. Implement and maintain interviewer training programs to ensure standardized evaluation of talent and meet hiring demands.
  5. Use recruitment metrics and analytics to track performance, identify trends, and improve processes based on data and feedback.
Your Experience & Skills
  • Proven experience as a senior talent acquisition partner, preferably with hiring experience in tech roles (Engineering, Design, Product).
  • Strong background in leading end-to-end recruitment practices strategically.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze recruitment data and optimize the hiring process through data-driven decisions.
