Resicare Alliance Ltd seeks a Senior Recruitment & Onboarding Officer to lead the day-to-day recruitment and onboarding across homes, schools, and Head Office. You will line-manage the HR Administrator, overseeing the onboarding inbox, temp-to-perm, and agency relationships, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

You will be responsible for safer recruitment practices, DBS checks, Right to Work compliance, and developing a team capable of handling high-volume recruitment with tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) required; CIPD Level 3 or working towards is desirable

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day recruitment and onboarding for Resicare Alliance across homes, schools, and Head Office
• Line-manage the HR Administrator (onboarding inbox, temp-to-perm, agency relationships)
• Be the main recruitment contact for managers across the organisation
• Ensure recruitment and onboarding are compliant, safe, and efficient
