Qualifications

• Proven in‑house recruitment experience with Global Corporate functions; exposure to Energy/Engineering/Technology sectors is beneficial.
• Experience operating as a business partner, influencing stakeholders and managing complex hiring requirements.
• Leading global recruitment campaigns and prioritising requisitions based on business needs.
• Strong direct sourcing and talent mapping capability.

Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for permanent roles across Corporate functions (IT, Digital, Legal, Finance, Procurement and HR).
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategies, and market approach.
• Proactively source candidates using direct sourcing, talent mapping, and networking techniques.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and niche skill sets across corporate functions.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
