Job summary

Rullion is seeking an experienced Talent Resourcing Manager to lead recruitment services for a key strategic client in the Critical Infrastructure sector, with a focus on Energy. Qualifications

• Experience leading recruitment or talent acquisition teams within MSP/RPO or agency environments.
• Experience supporting Critical Infrastructure sectors, especially Energy and Utilities.
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
• Strong coaching and people leadership skills with a focus on developing high-performing teams.
• Commercial awareness with ability to identify opportunities to improve service delivery and support account growth.
• Excellent communication, influencing and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, resilient and customer-focused approach for client and candidate experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Talent Resourcing Partners (up to four).
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and resourcing against KPIs and SLAs.
• Build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders as a strategic partner.
• Deliver high-touch, customer-centric service and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to enhance resourcing strategies and growth initiatives.
• Provide market insight and talent intelligence for workforce planning.
• Handle escalations promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share best practices and maintain quality.
• Mentor team to achieve full potential and drive performance.
• Strengthen client relationships while supporting future account growth.
• Represent Rullion through regular client engagement and on-site visits.
