Our brand is growing rapidly and we have exciting plans for the months to come. We’re looking for a Senior Tailor for our London showroom. Your passion for suit tailoring will shine through your day-to-day work, ensuring clients experience the perfect fit and unparalleled quality synonymous with our brand. Moreover, as you’ll be managing a team of alterations tailors, you’ll represent the brand and support the company’s expansion projects.

Responsibilities:

1) Tailoring and Alterations:

• Perform precise alterations on high-quality fabrics, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
• Create and modify suits according to client specifications, meeting tight deadlines.

2) Quality Control:

• Conduct thorough quality checks to uphold Aristocracy London's exacting standards.
• Ensure that each tailored piece meets the brand's commitment to excellence.

3) Communication and Collaboration:

• Liaise with the leadership team to provide feedback and suggestions.
• Work collaboratively across teams to provide the best possible customer experience.

4) Line Management

• Line manage our alterations tailors according to company policy.
• Provide guidance and training for staff.

Your Profile:

• At least 5 years’ experience as a tailor, with a focus on 3 piece suits.
• Line management experience, preferably in alterations and/or retail.
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, styles and tailoring techniques.
• Excellent communication skills for client consultations.
• Attention to detail with a keen eye for precision and quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Right to work in the UK.
