Job summary

ICE Clear Europe Limited is seeking a hands-on Data Analyst to develop Tableau dashboards, analyze data, and solve business problems. You will focus on end-user experience and deliver intuitive reporting solutions.

The role requires strong Tableau and SQL capabilities, ability to work with stakeholders, and independent delivery across requirements through to deployment. You will join a collaborative team supporting risk, treasury, and operations.

Qualifications

• Tableau dashboards development experience, with demonstrable work examples.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to troubleshoot queries.
• Client-focused, able to translate user needs into reporting.
• Familiar with version control and development lifecycles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in financial services reporting advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end Tableau solutions from requirements to delivery.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs.
• Analyze and translate data into user-friendly dashboards.
• Work with SQL-based data sources to support reports.
• Contribute to governance and data accuracy across deliverables.
• Collaborate with Risk, Treasury, Operations, and IT teams.
• Operate in agile mode when rapid iteration is needed.
