Job summary

Responsibilities

• Be part of end-to-end development lifecycle of Tableau solutions: Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and pain points.
• Analyze existing tools (including EUDA-based solutions).
• Define functional and data requirements.
• Design and build user-friendly Tableau dashboards.
• Ensure solutions are designed with a strong focus on end-user experience, usability, and adoption.
• Translate business problems into clear, scalable, and maintainable data solutions.
• Work extensively with SQL-based data sources to support reporting and analytics needs.
• Help drive the transition from EUDA-based processes to governed, platform-based solutions.
• Contribute to data governance and change management processes for core data sources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Risk, Treasury, Operations and IT teams.
• Apply a flexible SDLC approach: Operate in agile mode when rapid iteration is required and utilize structured analysis and detailed documentation when appropriate.

The candidate will develop Tableau dashboards and help maintain and troubleshoot existing reporting solutions.
