Responsibilities

• Be part of the end-to-end development lifecycle of Tableau solutions: engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and pain points.
• Analyze existing tools (including EUDA-based solutions) to inform improvements.
• Define functional and data requirements for dashboards and reports.
• Design and build user-friendly Tableau dashboards that drive adoption.
• Translate business problems into clear, scalable, and maintainable data solutions.
• Work extensively with SQL-based data sources to support reporting and analytics needs.
• Support the transition from EUDA-based processes to governed, platform-based solutions.
• Contribute to data governance and change management processes for core data sources.
• Collaborate with Risk, Treasury, Operations and IT teams to deliver integrated reporting.
• Apply a flexible SDLC approach: agile for rapid iterations, structured analysis when needed.

Job Purpose

This is a hands-on role focused on dashboard development, data analysis, and problem solving. The candidate will develop Tableau dashboards and help maintain and troubleshoot existing reporting solutions. A strong focus on user experience and stakeholder engagement is essential to ensure delivered solutions are intuitive, valuable, and widely adopted.

We are looking for a hands-on Data Analyst who enjoys solving business problems through data. The successful candidate will have proven Tableau and SQL capabilities, a strong focus on end users, and the ability to independently drive work from requirements through delivery. Most importantly, they should be curious, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality solutions that users trust and value. The ideal candidate combines solid technical skills with a client-centric mindset, is well organized, and can work independently while managing multiple priorities. They should be comfortable working with version-controlled development processes, collaborating with business stakeholders, and translating business requirements into practical reporting solutions.
