The role requires strong Tableau expertise, SQL proficiency, and experience delivering end-to-end BI projects, with a focus on scalable data sources and self-service analytics for business users.

Qualifications

• Strong Tableau experience: dashboard development, data source design, and Tableau Prep.
• Delivers end-to-end BI solutions, not just front-end reporting.
• Strong SQL skills with complex queries and performance optimisation.
• Experience scaling or improving Tableau environments; governance and BI best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end Tableau solutions across Desktop, Prep, and Cloud.
• Design scalable data sources, semantic layers, and reporting frameworks.
• Promote Tableau development best practices and standards.
• Build dashboards that provide actionable business insights.
• Write and optimise SQL across cloud and enterprise data environments.
• Enable self-service analytics for business users.
• Support BI governance, data quality, and reporting standards.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers on data architecture and performance.
• Contribute to cloud migration and analytics modernisation initiatives.
