Sussex Community is seeking an experienced Digital Configuration Analyst to join the SystmOne Configuration team on a fixed-term contract for up to 12 months, at Band 6. The role supports NHS electronic patient records, resolves incidents via Fresh, and drives ongoing SystmOne configuration to meet Trust needs.

The post holder will collaborate with clinical staff, project teams, and service desk colleagues to define configuration requirements and test changes, delivering high-quality service.

Qualifikationen

• Educated to Degree level or equivalent qualification or professional experience.
• ICDL or equivalent.
• MS Office proficiency and related IT qualifications.
• SystmOne Core TTT or equivalent experience.
• ITIL foundation/practitioner or ISTQB certifications.

Aufgaben

• Support users of the Trust's electronic patient record systems and perform configuration tasks.
• Use the service desk to resolve incidents, fix data quality issues, and implement SystmOne changes.
• Collaborate with project staff and clinicians to define configuration requirements.
• Participate in SystmOne improvement projects and testing activities.
• Ensure user interfaces are improved with user-centred design principles.
