AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join our Advanced Engineering Delivery & Consultancy (AEDC) Practice in the UK. You will lead systems engineering across the full lifecycle, influencing architecture and technical decisions for defence, nuclear and critical infrastructure programmes.

You will mentor teams, engage with senior client stakeholders, and apply digital engineering techniques to support analysis, integration and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in a relevant STEM discipline, with CEng, CSEP or progress toward registration.
• Experience delivering systems engineering on defence, aerospace, nuclear, energy, infrastructure or government programmes.
• Strong understanding of lifecycle management and ISO 15288.

Responsabilités

• Lead application of systems engineering principles across the engineering lifecycle.
• Define and manage requirements with traceability through design, integration, verification and validation.
• Lead architecture development and solution design for complex systems and capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership to multidisciplinary teams and engineering activities.
