Job summary

Formula 1 is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to deliver bespoke hardware solutions for timing, televising, and event management. You will own complex electronics from architecture to deployment, guiding design decisions and leading board bring-up.

The role requires strong experience in high-performance, high-reliability electronics and leadership across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Degree in electronics engineering or equivalent required.
Strong background in electronics hardware design from requirements to testing.
Experience with analogue and digital circuits and PCB layout.

Responsibilities

Own hardware design from requirements through verification and deployment.
Lead electronics design across projects balancing performance and reliability.
Define test strategies and ensure evidence of requirements compliance.
Mentor engineers and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.
Drive continuous improvement of electronics standards and practices.
