Servomex is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer (Product) for Gas Analysis Solutions to lead the full product development lifecycle. You will shape architecture, govern requirements, and drive engineering excellence across software, electronics and mechanics.
You will collaborate across Research, Product Development, and Regulatory teams to ensure performance, safety and compliance from concept to release.
Qualifications
- Strong background in systems engineering across full product lifecycle.
- Proven ability to lead product development and technical teams.
- Experience with requirements elicitation, decomposition, and management.
- Experience maintaining requirements traceability and applying V&V methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements capture, analysis and management across the lifecycle.
- Translate user needs into measurable system requirements.
- Establish bidirectional traceability throughout development.
- Facilitate reviews and alignment between stakeholders and teams.
- Manage requirement changes and configuration control.
