Servomex is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer (Product) to drive systems engineering across the full product development lifecycle. You will lead requirements, architecture, risk management and verification activities with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliant, high-quality products.

The role emphasizes technical governance, robust design, and maintaining traceability from requirements to release, with opportunities to influence product strategy and engineering excellence.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have strong experience with systems engineering across full product lifecycle.
• Experience in product development and technical leadership.
• Experience with requirements elicitation, decomposition, allocation, and management.
• Proven experience maintaining requirements traceability.
• Knowledge of verification and validation methodologies.
• Experience leading risk assessments, FMEA, and technical reviews.

Responsabilités

• Lead requirements engineering: capture, analyze, and manage stakeholder and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to system architecture development and design trade-offs.
• Lead risk assessments and technical governance across development.
• Define and drive verification and validation strategies and evidence.
• Champion systems engineering best practices across the business.
