• 6+ years of experience in systems software engineering with distributed/storage/networking/OS-level components.
• Experience designing/implementing large-scale production systems with reliability and performance requirements.
• Experience debugging complex non-reproducible issues with advanced tooling.
• Experience establishing observability through metrics, dashboards, and SLOs.
• Cross-team technical project leadership from design to production, with rollout planning.
• Familiarity with resiliency testing methods for distributed systems.
• Ongoing AI skill development and staying current with AI technologies.
• Experience with systems programming languages (C/C++/Rust/Go) in production.
• Experience integrating AI tools to optimize workflows and drive impact.
