Qualifications

• Experience learning software, frameworks and APIs.
• Engineering degree, or related technical discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in configuration and maintenance of applications such as web servers, load balancers, relational databases, storage systems and messaging systems.
• Experience coding in higher-level languages (e.g. Python, Rust, PHP, C++).

Responsibilities

• Own back-end services and infrastructure components across the stack.
• Write and review code, develop docs and capacity plans, and debug production issues live.
• Share on-call rotation with the engineering team.
• Collaborate with top engineers on production-ready code used by millions of users.
