• Experience building and operating durable distributed systems in production.
• Ability to reason about concurrency, consistency, and failure modes.

Responsabilités

• Own systems through design, implementation, testing, deployment and production operation.
• Make trade-offs between correctness, latency, throughput and operational complexity explicit.
• Establish observability and alerting to help detect failures and understand causes.
• Participate in on-call and incident response.
• Address root causes and prevent related failures.
• Deliver small, traceable changes backed by tests and measurable results.
• Use AI-assisted development and automated workflows where beneficial.
• Mentor colleagues and document design notes and operational procedures.
