Job summary

MBDA UK Ltd in Stevenage is seeking a Systems Engineer/Architect to contribute to a multinational, next-generation cruise-missile weapon system project. You will apply architecture principles and model-based engineering to deliver solutions across early development stages.

The role offers hybrid working with 2–3 days on-site, and a salary around £50,000 depending on experience. Security clearance required for British citizens or dual nationals with rights to work.

Qualifications

• Experience with complex systems architecture and lifecycle.
• Familiarity with model-based systems engineering approaches.
• Ability to work with multi-disciplinary, multinational teams and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Work on a multinational, next-generation cruise-missile weapon system development project.
• Contribute to architecture definition and modelling across STRATUS LO programme.
• Apply and advance model-based systems engineering processes and tools.
• Support cross-site collaboration with UK, France and Italy teams.
